Photo of the Week – June 11th

I shall start the “photo of the week” thing with a rather old shot, from a roll of Delta 3200 that I developed last week. This was also shot on the Lubitel 166u. Every now and then, I am surprised by how sharp this cheap piece of plastic really is (the delivery + customs tax cost me more than the actual camera).

Horses, 2013

The only real weakness is in the top quarter, revealing a bit too much blur. Other than that, for 50 bucks (sh./tax excluded), how can you complain?

The scan of the black and white negative was done in colour. You will notice it is not a pure B&W, but has a super slight red tone to it. Nevertheless very slick.

The shot was taken on a day trip to the Swiss Jura, some time in the spring of 2014.
